At The Brave Fork, we bring a relaxed Mediterranean food experience directly to your venue. Our Paella catering package is designed for groups looking for delicious food, live cooking and an informal atmosphere without the hassle of organising the catering themselves.
This package is perfect for pool parties, pre-weddings, after-weddings, private villa events, birthdays, corporate celebrations and other special occasions.
We take care of the food preparation, cooking and catering set-up, allowing you to spend more time enjoying the event with your guests.

*Fideuà is prepared the same way as paella but substitutes small pasta noodles for rice.

The drinks package includes:

The drinks station is designed as a simple self-service option, allowing guests to help themselves throughout the event.
Transport & On-Site Cooking FEE
A fixed 250€ + VAT transport and on-site cooking fee applies to the package.
This covers the transportation, logistics, equipment and on-site cooking required to prepare and serve the food at your event.
Our team arriving around 2 hours before the scheduled service time to set up, prepare the equipment and ensure everything is ready for your event.
To make things as easy as possible for you, the collection and disposal of all waste generated by our catering service is fully included.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we choose different paellas and fideuàs?
Depending on the number of guests, you can choose between 1 or 6 different paellas or fideuas.
Can you accommodate guests who do not eat shellfish?
Yes. Our seafood paella and seafood fideuà can be prepared without shellfish.
Can we add drinks to the catering package?
Yes. Our self-service drinks bar is available for €12 per person + VAT and includes red wine sangria, white wine sangria, infused water, beer and disposable glasses.
Can we add desserts?
Yes. Desserts can be added for €5 per person + VAT, with 2 desserts selected from our dessert list.
Do you provide plates and cutlery?
Yes. Disposable plates, cutlery and napkins are included in the Paella & BBQ catering package. If you prefer ceramic plates, stainless steel cutlery, or furniture, we can also arrange these and provide a separate quote.
Do you cook the food at the event?
Everything is prepared and cooked on-site as part of the catering service.

Yes. A fixed €250 + VAT transport and on-site cooking fee applies to the package.
